A reminder that we have returned to one session and the format will now be:
Gates Open: 8.00am
Start time: 8.40am (for the first event then athletes rotate events every 20 minutes)
Finish time: 10.00am
Two event sessions have been created in TeamApp, and you need to RSVP by 5pm Thursday if you are attending. This is for attendance tracking requirements, and will enable us to plan for the competition session & allocate athletes into the appropriate age group. If you don’t RSVP, your child may be allocated to a group with athletes of a different age.
Session A: U6-U8 athletes
Session B: U9+ athletes
Parent Volunteers – Please come and see us at the volunteer table in front of the announcer’s booth when you arrive on Saturday, or you can sign up prior by clicking the link to the signup sheet: https://volunteersignup.org/TY4FM
Competition Tags – A reminder that Competition Tags are required every week to participate, so please remember to bring them along each week. The tags are not easily replaceable, so if you do happen to lose your tag, then replacement tags can be ordered from LA VIC, however we may need to charge a replacement fee.
Canteen – A limited canteen will be operating on Saturday morning, and will be cash only. Please bring along small notes and coins if you wish to make a purchase.
