Little Aths is a volunteer run community program that relies on parent participation
We need ~30 volunteers, every week
- Each family is asked for 4 shifts across the season — escorting young groups, measuring throws, recording results, or running the start/finish.
- This year we’ll be using ClubVolunteer to enable families to sign up to their preferred weeks/events in advance and help us keep track. The sign-up schedule will be released soon. Shifts need to be booked before your child’s bib is issued.
- Can’t volunteer on the night (young kids needing supervision, etc)? Join the committee instead — social media, the Coles banana run, awards & medals coordinator and more.
Coaches and experienced volunteers are on hand every week to walk you through any role.

A few reminders
- We use TeamApp to contact families during the season for updates on events, weather etc – sign up at clac10.teamapp.com to make sure you’re up to date
- If your child is on-site, a supervising adult must be with them at all times.
- No dogs are permitted at Little Athletics events.
- Please observe all local parking requirements on busy nights — Heidelberg Rd is a monitored clearway on Fridays.
